Is that typical?

ok, so i havent had my period since resembling early february.

mid february i went lacto-vegetarian
march i went lacto-vegetarian
and i started getting in shape for track

im not malnourished any, i take calcium, omega 3, b12
and all that.

is it regular to have missed it so much?

im 14, and i started getting it a year ago

If you've only be getting your period for a year then I consider it's perfectly normal to not be on a regular cycle. Hell I'm 32 and I'm STILL irregular! LOL:)

Perhaps the missed spell is b/c of too much running? Sometimes a strict change in diet and increased excercise can stop your interval. Especially if you're young and have one and only had it for 1 year. Think gymnasts...

If you aren't eating satisfactory calories in a day, your period will stop. Doesn't matter what supplements you take. You involve to eat protein and fat to keep going a normal cycle.
