Ok i lately started Ortho Trycyclen Lo and ive gain 3lbs?

"spotting" is very small bleeding during the course of using the pill. this is exceptionally common when you have missed more than soon of the pill. if this continues to happen or becomes heavier, more infrequent, itchy bleeding then see a dr but for not you should continue the pill as run of the mill, and try and remember to take it everyday lol!
