Is my time unpunctually because I'm lacto-vegetarian?
Now, a fully vegan month later, my extent is 3 days late. I've never been overdue before now. I'm also a virgin, but I did mess around beside a guy a few weeks ago-- as far as I know, no fluids even touched my skin, much less my vagina.
I'm 20 years old, and own regularly had my period every 29 days since I be 12. My period was due this previous Thursday, the 8th. I am 5'8" and weigh 175lbs.
For yesteryear two days at lunch time I drank 2 cups of parsley-ginger tea, which is supposed to bring about a late spell, but I've yet to bleed.
Does it make sense that my extent is late because I am vegan, or should I be worried? Has anyone else experienced this?
Answers: A friend of mine become a vegetarian and missed her period the subsequent month from the drastic change in her diet, so I'd markedly say that it's a possibility. I doubt it's anything else, and I'm sure once your body gets used to your exotic vegan diet, things will get put money on to normal.
Congratulations on going vegan, by the mode!.
Our bodies do seem to go through change every five years or so ( heard that from my OBGYN) so maybe you are at an age where on earth your body is going to make some changes and your time of year is one. Don't wait too long before conversation to your doctor, that's what they get paid for. Yea, I become a vegetarian overnight and that messed me up big time because I didn't get any proper nutrients, so its fundamentally possible.
