Answers: It's not the hotchpotch that is overdoing it - it's how much you do it. It depends on the number of hours everyday that she's exercising.
Sounds like she have a nice variety there - yoga for flexibility, running for cardio and cargo lifting for toning and strength building. If she's doing, say, yoga 3 times a week, running 5 and weigh lifting 3 to 5 times a week then she's fine.
