Does Yoga/Pilates serve next to interval niggle?
The contraceptive pill works but Im sour it at the moment.
Does Yoga/Pilates/Yogalates help to alleviate the pain? If so how long beforehand I see the results? And out of interest, HOW does it help.
Thanks.
Answers: Developing your core strength will absolutely oblige you with menstrual cramps. Both will help you do that, but pilates is a more intense workout. You should practice for 30 minutes at tiniest three times a week.
Stronger abdominals support your organs and keep them in place. You'll be smaller number likely to have uterine spasms and lower spinal column pain if you have a tight stomach..
Yoga is great to releive cramping. It take the blood flow away from your uteran muscles and puts the blood to use in other areas of your body. Doing yoga also relaxs your muscles, and focus' your attention on something other than your cramps. Even if you only just go out for a walk or slow run, you'll feel better. It may take give or take a few 10-15 minutes or so until you really start to feel better, but even if it doesn't get rid of adjectives the pain, it will cause most of it to subside. Heya,
YES without doubt, it is best you do some exercise during your period anyway to help next to the cramps not sure how it works but it does. So absolutely go for it ive tried them adjectives and ive noticed you sense results almost immediately it really help the cramps and you will feel unbelievably relaxed and calm when your done recommend it to anyone.
Hope i help and best wishes

The days you have your period you must not progress into yoga poses where you lift your hips vertically over your guide. The blood can flow backwards. You should probably ask your instructor on your first class to suggest alternate poses for you on those days when you have your period.
Exercise other helps my period cramps..
