Is it ordinary to enjoy these cravings before/during your extent?
here's what i ate so far today:
cinnamon spice oatmeal
turkey 6 inch subway
fruit snacks
baked potato
unforced mac
1/2 of peanut butter/nutella sandwich
5 small chocolate chip cookies
3 small chocolate covered pretzels
spoonful of nutella
ahhhhhh. i'm gonna explode hahaha
Answers: its perfectly normal to enjoy cravings before/after you period from all of the hormones ... cravings solitary last 8-14 minutes ... if you feel similar to theyre becoming too much of a nuisance then time when you start have the cravings because after 15 minutes you will not have them anymore ... also, most feeling of hunger are in actual fact signals of thirst so drink a glass of water instead of ingestion

Its completely normal to procure craving before/during your period. I have them too. Try to devour as healthy as you can. Eat a bowl or fruits before going out to chomp through, so you won't be as hungery and won't order to much unhealthy foods. I don't judge there's any birth control to stop the cravings (or any other method), but taking birth control would shorten your periods and make it come around more on a regular font. Yes, it's perfectly normal! If you're concerned give or take a few gaining weight, newly do a bit more exercise and try to mix in some healthy foods as in good health. There are birth control pills that do take the edge rotten of mood swings, bloating, cramps and the general feeling of "blah". But I'm not sure if they whip away cravings. Maybe talk to a gynocologist about your option..

but not quite as much...u will be fine but up to that time ur period throw a study party and ur friends will put away it up so u wont have anything to grow fat on...it works...trust me...

i would honestly not think so.but i dont know but i would guess not.
Usually when I'm on my period, I crave sweets or cookies or something. LOL
I'm pretty sure it is majority because when i'm on my period I'll usually eat a great deal sometimes. .
