Is it possible for me to grow any taller?

I stand at about 5'2.5/5'3
I'm 13, and will be turning 14 at the end of September, I get my period in September of 2006. My mom is 5'0, my dad is 6'1, and my sister is 5'6. I can`t bear my height, and I want to know if it's possible for me to grow any more. what can I do to reach my full potential? and is it probable for me to grow anymore?
