I had a breast augmentation 4 months ago. My left breast is still bigger that the other breast. My doctor have told me that after a few months they would be close to the same size. After 4 months the left breast still bigger than the right one and I fell neddle close to pain on it. Is it normal to still fell niggle after 4 months? Will my breast be more semetrical after a few months? I had my surgery done in Brazil beside a very good doctor that be recommended from my mother who had many surgeries done beside him and also some cousins that also live here in the US.

Asymmetry is normal for the first few months, one breast could be swollen or the other may not have fully dropped.

Yes it is normal to have strain for a little while, that means your breasts are growing out.
