Is it mundane to own cramps 1-2 weeks since your spell?
Answers: It could be what is called mittleschmerz--it's pain near ovulation...two weeks is more of the time when you would ovulate. It can hurt really bad! Do your cramps feel approaching they are off more to one side...or do you feel stomach-ache everywhere? When you ovulate, my doctor told me your egg may be released from the right ovary one month and the left ovary the next month. Try to hang on to track of when you have the pain--I get this and I tend to own more pain towards the side I'm ovulating...and let your doctor know the subsequent time you are in.
Try an anti-inflammatory medicine--like ibuprofen or aleve (naproxen sodium). It's normal-and wouldn't be considered a medical problem, just something that happen to some women. If there is further concern, I'd call the doctor who may do further trialling (ultrasound etc.).
Good luck to you...and take it easy today =)

Just take some midol or use a roast pad or even get a cloth put it under really hot water squeeze some sea out but leave it pretty damp and do that. The grill wont last but prolly 2-5 mins so you'll have to maintain doing it. it is! i get them all the time sometimes after mine have finished its annoying cus you just think gooo away !! so no worries however if you dont grain its natural why not pop the doctor all i know is that it happen to me!.

It is commonplace, your body is going through hormonal changes before you in truth 'come down'. Totally normal. They may go away for a while later come back at the usual time you get them..
