Is it everyday to .. ?

Ok, so all week I have be at my friends house and i've had some weird ingestion habits, Monday and Tuesday we didn't eat anything. Then on Wednesday we ate customarily. Thursday didn't eat anything, and on Friday and Saturday we ate a lot. Well I in recent times realized, I haven't gone pooh since Monday morning.. is this normal? I have a feeling very full but not sick or anything? How would I get myself to pooh?


Answers:    You should go and get checked out at the doctor's for an eating disorder. That is not normal. But for immediately, eat some plain yogurt. Like 1 cup, it should help. Good luck!!.
It's because you're not getting plenty fiber in your diet. Not to mention you don't have natural eating habits.
