Is it an Ovarian Cyst?
I have not have a period since the end of April
Symptoms include, dizzy, restrained headed, nausious, moody, spotting, cramps, sore nipples, fatigue and couple weeks ago i had sharp pains surrounded by my lower stomach every now and then and desk light brown discharge
3 negative pregnancy tests and an ultrasound appointment subsequent week
Someone said it might be an Ovarion Cyst
Anyone can help me out or give me any info?

Answers: That doesn't nouns like it is a result of ovarian cysts. You would be in unrelenting throbbing if you had a cyst on either of your ovaries. There is however a awfully good chance you are pregnant hon. Those cynical pg tests can be wrong, especially if you took them too early on. The answer is yes,there is a specific type of ovarian cysts that can cause irregular cycles or missing periods.They are usually small 2-3 Cms.
There are also other cystic conditions that can cause one and the same thing like PCOS and its greatly common.
US usually gives a clue.But you inevitability to be careful,it does not mean that you are not getting period that you can not become pregnant.Ovulation occasionally occurs and you need contraception.
Different cysts react differently depending on their type,you cant judge them by experience :)
