Health Pregnacy Expert?
How can you keep from getting hold of say more than 30 pounds of freight when pregnant, and is it okey to not gain more then that?

well i enjoy a very bloated belly i have pics taken last dark and i realised i look like i am 9mths pregnant and i am not i havent be feeling in good health i know i am fat but person that well rounded could nearby be a problem i havent had a spell in months i hold had adjectives sorts of tests and they give the impression of being to think its my freight has anyone have something similar? ok i am 14 almost 15 yrs old girl yesterday i have gym and we had a really intricate workout and stuff the next time i woke up which is today i have anguish in my lower belly and i even had to shift to washroom more frequently . is thi serious im really scared cuz this one website said this can be a kidney problem plz help out and tell me wat i can do for this cuz it really hurts when i stand sit or transformation positions when im sleeping . the best answer will get 10 pts thx

Everyday for the past 4 days I hold been have these killer headache but when Im at home only when I am at academy I really dont understand it and I go to the Dr. and she said she dosent understand it eaither (although i dont muse she believed me when I told her I only enjoy them at school) Why do you think I am have them only at college??

last monday i be obese (117kgs also known as 257.4 lbs) i be eatting rubbish, not exercising at all, i be smoking a pack a day.concluding Tuesday i discovered i was pregnant. My husband and i are over the moon! we raced out and bought a book around pregnancy.following the books direction i quit smoking immediately, stoped drinking soft drink, give up caffenine. started eating simply natural sugars (from fruit etc) and complex carbs. i follow a good food pyramid. and drink loads of water.i started walking for 30mins every morning and an hour within the evenings most days.here i am a week later and i own put on two more kilos (4.4 pounds).the baby is the size of an apple pip, and at 6 weeks i am not showing at all. so it's not 'little one weight'. please help me apprehend?

Healthy passageway to lose weightiness?
thats cheap and easy? ive tried it all- i inevitability to lose weight. i am 16 and weigh atleast 155 im 5'6' and I am contained by a size 14 pants. I want to obtain in a 10. I know I can do that atleast. Any thoughts?

Heart Palpitations at age 14?
I'm fourteen, and i keep have these heart palpitations. I know because my mom has them, and she took my pulse during one of them. When they first started i be having give or take a few five a day at the lowest possible, and now i've singular been have them about three days a week or perchance four, but only once during respectively of those days. I went to the doctor and get on a 24hour heart monitor. Of course, nothing happen while i was on it and it cost us 1000 dollars. I really don't want to wear one of those stupid monitors to conservatory, but i'm kind of worried. I know profusely of women get these, but is it commonplace at my age? Should I be worried?

Heart twinge.. what could it be..?
I have really sharp throbbing.. feel similar to being stabbed near knife.. closing for about 10second once it occcured.. I hold this since I was 12 years hoary.. and it will happen once or twice for 4 months similar to that.. I already talk to doctor around this when I was but the doctor other said it's just stress..this week it crop up 3 times already and even can hear my heartbeat.. I don't think this is stress as I mortal good this in one piece week..Anyone know about this?

Heavy bleeding after Ectopic Pregnancy treatmemt?
HiOne week ago I had laproscopy to remove an ectopic pregnancy and they be able to hide away the fallopian tube. I also had a methrotrexate shot as resourcefully. I started bleeding quite heavily next to some clots 2 days ago. Is this normal? Also is this considered my length or is this just bleeding due to the pregnancy culmination?I just consistency very worn out, headachy, crampy and simply generally unpromising. The doctor said they do not need to see me a week from Monday so 10 days from immediately... should i be concerned?

Its been three days since I have the procedure, Ive been satisfying up a pad every 3 hours. I also be in severe discomfort last hours of darkness!! Has anyone had this?

Heavy bleeding between period?
I am on the pill and am 7 days away from my last one this month. I missed one pill this month but that be more than a week ago. Yesterday I started to bleed, and it is really really heavy and dusk in colour, close to the heaviest day of the unhealthy periods I used to enjoy before i started the pill a year ago.Should I see a doctor or is this a moment ago breakthrough bleeding? I always thought breakthrough bleeding be just approaching spotting. I am worried that maybe I be pregnant and this is some sort of very precipitate miscarriage.

Heavy bleeding first two days, markedly smaller quantity 3rd and 4th afternoon, is it common?
I get my time with a common cycle, but the flow is more first 2 days and it is very hugely less 3rd and 4th morning.is it normal? first 2 days are not that cumbersome that i can't walk or work.

Heavy discharge? (Testosterone, conceivably? What?)?
I'm really sorry to get into disgusting details here, but I've have very solid periods for a long time. (A long time purpose 1 1/2 years.) I figured this indigestible discharge was a moment ago something along with this. However, I enjoy since gone on the pill and I still have indigestible discharge. It's clear and sometimes comes in clumps, but every time I need to wear a wipe, and it comes every day. It usually (once contained by awhile smells a little displeasing but not terrible) smells of late... Not bad. NOT well-mannered either, but not disgusting or resembling I have an infection (I give attention to.) Anyways, I've told my doctor about this and she only just says that we're adjectives different and it's likely not an infection. My mom think my body may have too much testosterone or something. Now more and more normally, there is a smell to my underwear (I don't customarily sniff underwear, but I can usually smell a hint of something right after I give somebody a lift it off) after I take it sour. I only use one wad a day unless I'm on my term.Anyone have any answers?

Heavy first length and feathery second time!? please answer!?
Ok so my first period seem pretty heavy. I go through like 5 pad a day or so, and it would come out big-hearted of clumpy (sorry for the tmi). There was closely of blood and it started out brown but turned red after 2 days or so. But now I'm on my second spell and it's really light (compared to my closing one at least). The blood is a light brown to black color (I've have it about 5 or 6 days), and here aren't any clumps or anything. I can barely even inform I have it. So primarily, is this normal!? And why is it so irregular? Has anyone else have similar experiences?
