Im really skinny and shift to the gym, serve?
If Im on the trendmill for 20 mins and I sweat a lot, does this mean that I am losing abundantly of weight? I just want to stay inshape. But im skinny, but I am really lethargic and never exercise till now ... help?!?! anyone?!?!

Answers: No. As long as you eat on form and don't over do it. 20 minutes a day is good for you! You said you are inactive so that certainly helps. Just munch through correctly and dont over do it, and you'll be perfectly fine.
