I NEED 2 lose counterweight!?

i need 2 lose weight up to that time school
i am female and weigh 288 but i look middle-of-the-road i dont look fat like some ppl i look fit kinda
i wander every day i dont eat within the day like 9 am - 7 pm ( I don`t know a slice of pizza)
only (a) 9 pm -11 pm (a) nite before i move about 2 sleep
i need 2 lose pounds fast i dont work out or get through healthy wat should i do?? can i like help yourself to pills 2 make me skinny ?? or wat HELP ME!!


Answers:    work out take a run in the moring grab a apple and totter for one hour or two do not eat chocolate if u do eat one small one drink lots or sea make sure u eat a small lunch and fruit for dinner at approaching 8:00pm to make u full =)

Please do not fast. Nibble on a wholesome snack every 3 hours. The biggest myth about losing shipment is fasting will help you lose weightiness. It has been proved that the cell react to this by storing more fat!

In my personal experience it is not viable to lose 100 pounds in 6 months let alone 1 month. I concentrate on adjectives the things I can do . Small steps add up to a journey of a 1000 miles.
