I'm a 14-year-old who is 5'9'' and weigh 95 pounds. I NEED ADVICE!

FIRST OF ALL: I'm not anorexic or bulimic, so no one call me any of those two names.
I eat 3 meal per day. For breakfast I have fruit, for lunch I'll enjoy a sandwich and fruit, and for dinner I'll have meat such as steak or chicken. I don't have a huge sweet tooth, but I do love chocolate. I play two sports. My mom say my weight is normal for me, and my doctor say that I seem to be fine. When I walk around within public, people stare at me. At my school, even though I enjoy some very good friends, masses people make fun of me and nickname me anorexic. What should I do?

Answers:    Your mother is lying to you to make you feel better. You are severely underweight. If you want them to stop making fun of you, gain some substance..
Wow it just seems in our time you're too fat or too skinny. I guess thats all that matter now. Anyway, you do seem to be a bit underweight because for that height you should be at least 110 something pounds. But thats fine as long as you're clean and eat well afterwards there shouldnt be any problems. Also if you're doctor seems to suppose you are normal then you shouldn't verbs and neither should the people around you. You should go see your doctor again. A guy I know have a disease that kind of sounds like what is stirring to you. I don't know all about it, but the gist of it is, his body doesn't engage any protein that he intakes. So basically, he shits it all out. He is 16, 5'6" and weigh about 85 pounds. I don't think it is enormously common to have this disease, but you can assist it. You should ask your doctor about this..
I'm pretty sure its normal, i hold the same problem too, my doctor says I'm fine so its pretty much that you only just have a high metabolism. and anyone who call you anorexic is just jealous they cant be that skinny. if anyone asks purely say you have a soaring metabolism. if you really want to gain weight, like i do, look at my press, there are some pretty good answers on near. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;... be proud of who you are. Everybody was made a little bit differently. There is no such piece as an "ideal" or "perfect" body. My boyfriend had the same problem. He is immensely skinny and people liked to comment on his shipment. It's rude. I think it's just as rude as calling someone butter. You can't help being skinny. In 4 years everyone is going to want they looked like you anyway...
if your doctor says your fine, consequently you are. you'dwould probably look great and healthier if u gained give or take a few 10 lbs if youreyoure happy with what you look similar to then be confident! youre healthy, youre skinny, youre soaring. girls would die to be like that. carbs are a definite appropriate way toh gain weight and you probably own a fast metabolism. dont worry - your immensity is fine for you.
its just the way you are and ethnic group need to accept that.

I'm pretty sure when I was 14 I would have be 95 pounds also.
I wasn't 5'9 though. you are underweight for your height.
Some people are a short time ago naturally skinny.
If you really want help you'll hold to talk to a doctor though..
You are under weightiness but don't worry about it. For some ethnic group it is just really hard to gain immensity. As for the people making fun of you just try to fail to acknowledge them even though I know that's hard. r u so serious? im 5'2 and weigh 95 pounds and everyone thinks im skinny!. but only just eat like 3 sandwich before bed ucz i have be doing that and i gained like for pounds.
Its call fast metabolism. My god sister is the same opening and eats like a horse! She is 15 and is 5'7" and she with the sole purpose ways somewhere between 90-100 pounds no, you are not alright, you should be at least! 100 pounds. Just eat, it is not that not easy..
Just start eating a lot of pasta and bread.. And merely stuff your face everyday.. you are not sick.. you have an extemley large metabolism. try eating less protiens and more carbs.. spahgetti and beans things similar to that. you're into the sports thing, you're burning it all up suddenly. fruits and veggies are good to maintain your wieght, not to gain it .! here are other supplements you can try but, at your age dont go nuts with them. your best bet is to increase the calorie intake and get through more carbs. fat will not hurt you at this stage! your body needs a in no doubt amount each day to actively help out burn the protiens with it. if you're only ingestion small portions fine, but, you need more calories to maintain your wieght once you stabilize it where on earth you want it. if you're that healthy and feel well-mannered , you're fine--just thin.. your doctor told you this too. try more carbs and a little fatty foods to your diet. you'll be fine and afterwards when you hit 30ish you'll blow up like a balloon and want to lose that wieght !! haha... its a viscous circle.. be happy you checked out respectable !! good luck .

While it is a bit strange for you to be that weight at your height, it is not exactly sickly. Some people simply a different genetic makeup. You might not gain weight confidently for the same reason that someone 200 pounds can't lose immensity despite a healthy diet and exercise: it is in your genes. As long as you discern good about yourself and your docter say that you are healthy, it shouldn't really matter. However, if you are serious almost putting on some pounds, go to a doctor or nutritionist and ask them for their advice (a special diet or pill, perhaps). sorry sweety you are really underneath weight. you are a pretty tall girl 95 lbs is really discouraging. first thing i would say and society might not agree, but stop eating breakfast and double up on you lunch. Think about this the big grease sumo wrestlers dont eat breakfast. breakfast is what starts your motabolism in the mornings. if you dont get through breakfast and eat big lunch and dinner then progress to sleep your motabolism never gets the chance to pick up up to your food intake. so no more breakfast. second eat alot of starch food. rice,pasta,bread,ect. third as far as meat goes how do you approaching it???if you say you like well-done after you are going in the wrong direction. red meat has more than twice as much protien. so med-rare is the best passageway to go. finally last but not lowest possible, if you can convince your mom you need to start drinking protien shakes do not buy the cheap 13 dollar one from wal-mart.. its a waist of time. there is a huge difference between protien and protien beside gainer in it. you need to shift to GNC and tell the guy you need gainer protien, in that is a good one called mass builder sort of expensive there are cheaper ones like 35-45 dollars but build sure they have gainer... huge difference. you need the gainer. okay thats it good luck.
Most 14 year olds think size is noteworthy but it's not. How you handle yourself is more important.
