Where does it hurt when you procure menstural cramps?
Answers: Every woman is different. I always feel them contained by my lower belly, back and thighs.
If it's close to your period and your stomach is hurting surrounded by the lower area, you probably are experiencing menstrual cramps. The best weapon against them (at least for me) is Aleve (Naproxen). A heat pad or hot bath is sympathetic, and if you aren't feeling terrible some mild exercise help too.
Hope you feel better soon!.
