Answers:    800 calories isn't enough. That's less than HALF of what you're suppose to be ingestion. You have a good exercise routine, also consider doing aerobics or boxing.. it burns A LOT of obese. You need to eat more too, even though you are on a diet.. you obligation to be having at least 1,200 a sunshine..
You should eat more veggies and more calories, and eat more regularly. Eat 6 times a day, mostly veggies, some oatmeal for breakfast with some fruit and afterwards more fruit in the afternoon. 6 servings of veggies, 2 servings of fruit, 1 serving of oatmeal, 2 servings of fish and chicken should not only serve you lose the weight you want to lose, but also jump start your metabolism. chomp through small meals often and you'll find you're not hungry, own more energy, and will lose weight faster. You are not consuming ample calories. You need to increase your caloric intake to around 1200-1500 daily. If you starve yourself, it will hold the opposite effect.. your body will start to put fat on because it think it is being starved, But sound resembling you are on the right track.
A couple excellent diets to look into are Weight Watchers or Body for Life by Bill Phillips. I recommend getting the book "Body for Life" by Bill Phillips! You eat 5 to 6 meals per daylight (great meals too in his cookbook Eating for Life) and work out 6 days per week. And on his diet, you procure to do nothing the 7th day respectively week and eat whatever you want... he say in his book eat 3 BigMac's if you resembling. Since it boosts your metabolism. He's the founder of EAS or Myoplex products. Its super easy! I did it and lost 20 lbs!.
You are going about it the wrong agency. Please don't do that to yourself!

You need to have more calories within your diet, keeping things balanced, or you will end up putting your body into starvation mode, and it will hold on to every ounce of mass that it can. Trust me, I've been there.and so hold many people on here.

Give yourself ample food - 1200 calories a light of day as a minimum. Make sure that you have protein in your meal, and that you aren't skipping any meals. Always make sure you enjoy breakfast.

Your exercise sounds good, so do keep up near that, but please try a healthier way to lose the freight. .
firstly, dont lower ur calorie intake any further, u should stick to between 800 - 1200 per day as your body will go into starvation mode and it will be harder for u to lose wieght. it seem you are going the right way about it, only just exercise and eat healthly, unfortunatly there are no short cuts. right luck :) You just have to save it up. Your calories may be too low. 1200 may be more like it. You will lose on that without so much risk of depressing your metabolism. The hunger will somewhat walk away. It's worse at first. You will be happy with a few smaller quantity pounds, Good for you!.
no advice just reverence. kudos to you for wanting it so bad, but just think twice. the body isn't big on sudden drastic change even if it is healthy.hold an eye on ur blood pressure and things while ur doing all of that exercising just to be on the nontoxic side. good luck you need to drink more about 2,000 calories a day save you will lose weight yes but your body will start shutting down from not enough nutrition. and you any need to walk or run not both cause they work the same means of access one doest go faster than the other sorry to tell ya .

Go ON !! your right ..be clear contained by your mind and in your home
( no cola , no chocolat ) but i think that jog is not the best sport with ( sorry ) 160 lb for you .. you became tired soon
your poor knees ...

prefer swimming or bicycle ..

You are going to get hold of sick if you continue to malnurish yourself. 1,100 calories a day, and moderate exercise. What is wrong near a little meat on your bones anyway? yeah your doing good.
but manufacture sure you dont get to crazy with it.
approaching not eating at all.
also you may not see results right away but surrounded by the long run you will notice a big difference..
to get a chief start juice fast for three days after that devour very carefully better if life. and remember be strict with yourself so you can succeed. You can't rush weight loss.
You will probably hold to wait a while, and slowly increase exercise when you feel important. Don't give up!.
walk every where on earth and eat less

*most citizens confuse a desire for thirst with hunger and thus devour more, so drink alot of water,
other then that a short time ago play tennis to exercise. .
You can go to the fitness class and get fit, register solely in the days that you don't work. yeah. only doing 800 calories is verry tough to keep up though. Good luck and if you can, find a friend to work out with. .
yes you are thoroughly overweight but on the right track now.
at 5'2 you want to weigh about 115. Your doing fine..
ya, try yoga and when you work out dont stop till your sweating up a storm! shift to the gym and get a personal trainer.

or get those teas ppl articulate they work.
starve yourself sounds like you are on the right track.
hi,
you sound simply like me last leak. During the summer i was obese at 165 pounds and 5'1" tall. I be very sick, getting headaches almost every daytime and my periods has stopped for over a year and I be getting stretch marks all over the place. I finally get fed up with it and put myself on a diet of of late 650 calories a day. This went on for somewhat while, but I gradually went up to in the region of 8OO-850. I was in conservatory, so I didn't do any additional exercise except for running around campus all daylight to get from class to class and to the bus stop(I go to big university). My spell came back almost without beating about the bush, and in just a few months (or less) I lost 30 pounds and go down to 135. I've completely maintained that loss after I started eating typically again.

People will tell you a lot of bull roughly speaking "starvation mode". If you want to prevent your metabolism from slowing down they key is to eat at lowest 3 meals a day next to snacks, no matter how little your portions are. As long as you are not feeling not at your best or have some sort of medical issue I think 800 calories is freshly fine. Doctors even put overweight people on VLCD's which are diets 800 calories or less. I'm sure you know your limitations, so of late listen to your body. I wouldn't want you to get sick. If you are going to exercise though, I don't recommend you doing any workouts, unless it's just going for long walk. You may get faint if you push too tough. Also, it's good to work out after you wake up beforehand you have breakfast. While you're sleeping your body fasts and so when you exercise it'll hold no choice but to feed off the corpulent stores.

I went back on a diet a couple of weeks ago, beside 800 calories a day and 1 hr exercise on the elliptical. I lost 5 pounds surrounded by the first week. Something I highly recommend is that you drink at least a partially gallon of fluids a day to keep hydrating and stop your body from retaining river. Not to mention, lose water weight. It's great to drink lots of green tea. All that stuff you here nearly it isn't just fluff, it really is great. That's pretty much what I drink all year. You can go to walmart and buy Arizone Green tea. It comes in gallons or partly gallons, presweetened with zero calories. It's tasty ice cold from the fridge. This stuff stopped me from drinking sodas (I used to be a coca-cola junkie). Another great brand is Lipton's diet white tea (papaya flavored).
Also, it's great you like drinking fruits and veggies, but remember you can pretty much eat any kind of foods. A calorie is a calorie. Just generate meal plans with respectable, filling foods. Whatever you like. I also suggest you munch through a small amount of your craving-foods. If you like potato chips, you can get Pringles Light and own a serving everyday (70 cals). If you like sweets they make those 90 calorie snack pack now. You get the belief. That'll keep you satisfied and prevent you from quitting. Another dutiful idea is to eat some brand of beans at least once a day b/c beans are full of fiber and will preserve you full for a long time. Split green peas are the best b/c they cook fast and only hold 90 cals per serving.

This is my current meal plan for 800 cals:
Breakfast-egg beaters with tortillas
Lunch-Tuna sandwich on undamaged wheat toast with mustard
Dinner-2 servings lentils
Snack-rice cakes next to hot cocoa
Plus one or 2 drinks from starbucks (i love coffee)

Just check the labels , measure out your servings with care and write down everything you eat so you won't go former your limit.

Anyway, sorry if that's too long and I hope it helps. Good luck, you can do it!
