I use the patch and i love it. Ive used it for 5 years and never have any problems with it. I dont have to remember to cart a pill everyday at the same time of day which is nice.

i tried depo (the shot) but it made me gain substance so i got off it and terminated up losing more weight than before i started. so that be good i guess?

Seriouslt though, the best birth control is the pill, the injection or the push in.. Plus a condom if you really want to be safe.. If you seriously dont want to have any children draw from your tubes tied..
