If I don't chomp through, how much counterweight can i lose within 1 month?

I want to lose weight before I budge back to school, how much can I lose within 1 month if I excercise and don't eat too much?

Eat oatmeal and a piece of fruit after a morning workout. Oatmeal is a great source of energy. Mid morning snack a piece of fruit. Lunch Peanut butter and jelly or turkey on whole wheat. Mid afternoon snack. Yogurt. Dinner Chicken breast beside wild rice, salad and vegetable.
Drink plenty of water 6 to 8 goggles a day. If you need caffeine drink it contained by morning only.
Working out. Depends on what kind of workout you want.

You should eat 5 small meals a morning, but don't eat a bunch of fat and sugar...try to guzzle some fruits or veggies and whole grain cereal, yogurt, nuts, intact grain bread.
