Answers:    wearing a bra just stops them sagging while you are wearing it. Better for health to tolerate them be free. Better for circulation and therefore health. Centuries ago women didn't wear bras and didn't return with breast cancer. Now B cancer is rampant!.

Nope. There were 6 women in my relatives. Some wore bras and some did not, and eventually, everybody sags.

I have never heard of any long-term injure due to breast binding.
