im lately the same as you...i have a lovely set of two of tree trunks not legs lol.i walk about 3 miles a week not power walking but pretty hasty walking and its done nothing for me.ive just started doing squats.hand on hips feet apart then crouch down as if your going to sit push your bum out and wow you can realy be aware of it working ive been doing it for only 2 weeks so havent however noticed any difference but hey you,ve got to furnish it time just start off near 15 then work your way up.i be silly and did 30 on my first go thinking i was clever the subsequent day i couldnt walk.lol so thieve it slowly hope it works for you xIs it true that lavender can increse breast size?
the best way is to start a power walking regime. Walk as fast as you can lacking feeling pain, (if u do stop) try to build it up over the weeks this is the best workout for thighs. I decision there was a expeditious way to skinny legs, but short of starving yourself (not recommended), this is your singular solution, sorry! Best of Luck tho'I have the same problem i power pace for about 2 hours a day and stride every were Else i have gone down from a size 12 to a 8 not by adjectives but but having a decent breakfast salads fish and adjectives the vitamins and that you need.
