I lost 5 pounds surrounded by approaching 2 days.?

I just started to eat smaller quantity and work out a little and I lost like 5 pounds within 2 days. Is this ok?

Answers:    Sure you always lose a lot when you first start out. Don't draw from discourage if it slows down a little later on. GREAT JOB!

When i used to be a sous chef working 14 hour shifts in summertime AZ I would lose 5-7 lbs every shift .and most of it be water weight
Here's the math
There are 3500 usable calories surrounded by a pound of human fat
Therefore 3500x5=17500>
17500/2=8750
Which means that your exercise horizontal was equal to carrying a 90 lb pack up a snow covered mountain and then switching from snowshoes to 12 point crampons something like 2/3 of the way up
