This could be so many things the singular way you will know for sure is if you go to the doctor. So inform a trusted female relative or your mom ( so your not alone through this) and go up your doctors, once you enjoy got the scans they will know what it is and treat you properly.

It could just be a cyst, but you should talk to a Dr. shift see a docter just incase better to be safe later sorry right.
