Answers:    It's common for your gums to bleed during pregnancy, so maybe thats why you're taste blood. Some women have a metallic taste within their mouth too, could it be this you're tasting and not blood? Also headaches are not unusual, but they can be a sign of pre eclampsia. The prime warning sign for pre eclampsia is high blood pressure, is your blood pressure giant? If it doesn't go, or you are at all worried almost it I'd see your doctor or midwife. Also read any info your midwife has gave you more or less pregnancy and look up symptoms of pre eclampsia to check you don't have any other signs of it. I don't want to alarm you, as it could be nothing, but it is chancy for mother and baby and it's best to be on the safe side. Good luck and congratulations on your toddler :).
