Sometimes nutrient deficiency leads to such problems.
This could also be the reason for prominent tummy as surrounded by uterus cell is formed every month and when it breaks mensuration cycle starts but when it doesn't break it gets bigger with time for eg within case of pregnancy but in your luggage as u are not physically involved with anyone but still egg is not breaking.
