I cant put a tampon contained by!
Answers: The ones with plastic applicators *definitely* make things easier for girls who've never used tampons in the past... but once you know how, anything that's comfortable to wear will be easy to insert.
Helpful advice (beyond the semi-useless bunch directions)? Yeah... just three things:
1) Aim the tampon more towards your back than upwards... your vagina in actuality goes *back* for more than half of its length, not a moment ago up. And make sure the tampon is far enough inside you that solely *some* of the string is outside you.
2) It'll be easier to do the first time if things are slippery "down there", so don't wipe away any blood and stuff until you've got the tampon in place. If there's awfully little blood there, just smear a couple of drops of saliva on the tip of the tampon (or its applicator if it have one) and it'll make things a lot more comfortable.
3) Relaxation is defining. If relaxing isn't easy for you, try pushing just a short time bit as if you're trying to poop or pee... your pelvic muscles will relax a bit and that will help a *lot*.
There's an OK video instruction about it at

Get a round tip plastic aplicator. Make sure you aren't dry and that you are flowing pretty good. Look at the instructions on the box. You can't put it in the wrong hole.
You hold 3 holes, a tiny one that pee comes out, your vagina and your anus. It goes in the vagina.
Before you start your time put your finger in your vagina and feel around so when you put the tampon within you will have an idea of the angle. .
When I first started using tampons it be the cardboard applicators.. they hurt and didn't slide in smoothly. If you need to crouch on the floor and point it towards your belly button. They shouldn't plummet out but if they still do stay seated for a little while and let the cotton expand to fit your body shape. When sliding it within make sure you completely slide it in to the point where on earth your fingers are touching you and won't go anymore. Iff it hurts or falls or or is unfomfortable it means you put it contained by the wrong way. You might be putting it in the wrong total cause its alot easier to see the hole u pee from and cant really see the other one. Just keep tryinng. you are using hte right tampon ur newly putting it in the wrong way. Hope i heled.xoxo
