i did it by myself perfectly fine yesterday[once]
i cant do it anymore. it only just doesnt work.

Answers: i use to be that way also but now im 18 and enjoy been able to use tampons wenever i want i found out what works the best for me is tampax pearl, start out beside plastic applicators bc they are more comfortable and also try the lowest absorbency such as lites, or slender since it is your first time. when inserting the tampon keep your muscles relaxxed and bend your knees ex:squat over the toilet and it will create the perfect angle to put it within. you know it is in correctly if you dont feel it. it may cart a couple times but if you mess up jst throw the used one away and try again =) .
Wash your hands and unwrap a fresh tampon. Stand or sit in a comfortable position: some women find it easiest to crouch down next to knees apart or to stand with one foot on the toilet seat or hip bath. Hold the applicator (where the ridges are on the tube) with the thumb and middle finger of one hand.
With the other appendage spread the folds of skin around the vaginal opening. Place the tip of the outer tube of the tampon applicator (not the end next to the cord hanging out) in the introductory of your vagina.
The vagina slants upwards towards your back. So, gently slide the applicator within an upwards and backwards direction. (It sometimes helps to slightly rotate or twist the applicator from side to side). Stop pushing when your thumb and finger tough your body.
Still holding the applicator on the ridges, push the bottom of the small tube completely up inside the big tube. This slides the tampon out of the applicator and into your vagina.
Hold tightly onto the two tubes that are presently one inside the other. Gently take out both applicator tubes together. (Wrap them in tissue and put them contained by a bin. The cardboard tubes can also be flushed away.) You'll see that the cord of the tampon is now hanging down outside your body.

Most of the problems with tampons 'not feeling right' is because you haven't put it surrounded by far enough. You have muscles on any side of your lower vaginal walls called pelvic muscles. If the tampon isn't up past these muscles next you will feel it. The trick is to make sure that it's within properly. Try standing with one foot on the toilet. If you are using an applicator tampon make sure adjectives the applicator is in before you push the cotton inside.
Practise make perfect ;) Okay first you need to relax. If you nervous up, your muscles down there will tighten up, making it harder for you get it up. Stand on one leg on the floor, and the other on the form of the toilet. Open the lips of your vagina with one have, and with the other, insert the tampon. If you don't think it will travel up, just keep going. Don't be afraid to push. Usually within is that one tight patch that you need to get through, and later the rest is easy to just push it on up. I usually keep hold of pushing until my fingers that I am holding the tampon with are about to jump up my vagina. Then I insert the tampon by pushing the aplicator thing. Nice and slow. Then you should be all set!.

and try plastic.
cardboard ones are way harder, especially if your have troubles.
