How to treaty beside pms?? [without medication]?
and it's awful.
no one ever wants to be around me because i'm soo be set to.
i get all depressed, aggravated, eviiiil, later i'll be okay.
and it starts all over again.
is there anything i can do to lend a hand with this?
i don't like when ethnic group are mad at me. hah
Answers: incense, yoga, bubble baths, funny movie, pedicure/manicure. Make ur period a really pleasant time, and basically RELAX... also medication DO help.

Take it undemanding, stay cool but stay active, try doing things you like and lifeless with friends and family. If you bring back a headache or cramp and few painkillers aren't going to kill you. And if you really don't want to take them, afterwards take a cool bath and next stay in cool dark place and clutch a nap. And do not be afraid to let your cravings budge bonkers! Good luck!

This happens to me too. Just try to relax yourself, I don`t know meditate if you're into that. And think before you speak!! I've upset closely of people while PMSing because I just blurt stuff out that I as a rule wouldn't say. exersize (and chocolate and sex) realeases endorphants, endorphants make you contented happy people only just dont kill there husbands-elle woods- leagaly blonde 2
purely try to realease endorphants.. .
Get extra sleep - if you get 7 hours now, progress for 10 during this time. Cut down on caffeine if you can. Try taking a water pill each light of day, starting about 2 days prior. just live next to it.

Get that frustration out--do some exercise... run 'till you're fatigue. Drink lots of sea, and eat tons of fruits. Pamper yourself after all that--you'll perceive beter :-) exercise or take a hot bath something that will relaxing you down..
midol. just get the sand out of your vagina and thieve a Midol..
Try taking Midol eat a lo of chocollate YUM!.
take it adjectives out on your pillow :)
