most bc pills say it take a week to take effect. it probably acutally takes a shorter time for most general public, but they go by the highest time only to be on the safe side. you should be fine.

it takes 3-4 pack before you can trust it. it will not kick surrounded by within a weeks time. this information will be in the pharmacy pamphlet and also your doctor should of told you that it will take 3-4 months. the only instant b/c is the depo shot as far as hormones budge. very likely you could become pregnant again so use 2 forms of b/c until 3-4 months own passed. best wishes and congrats on the baby. :)
