How long does it appropriate to become and OB/GYN?

4 years of residency
4 years of medical school
4 years of regular school
its gonna pinch a while..
It will take years. You have to walk through all the basics for a doctor and afterwards start your specialty. So, it's about 9 or 10 years of college. My friend went to UC Davis and loved it (she's an OB/GYN) Years...pre-med undergrad, after years of medical school plus your internship. Takes long hours of studying and having no time. You get compensated while you're an intern/resident, but not much... only around $40,000 a year. Of course, when you're done and [hopefully] a good doctor, you'll be getting compensated at least $150,000/year.
