I would NOT wait. I be in Florida in May and wait a week until I got to the doctor. The infection ended up moving to my kidneys and I be hospitalized for 3 days. I would definitely see a doctor today! Plus, you will be soooooo miserable the entire trip. the worse it gets the more hurting it gets. until you get to the doctor, which will hopefully be today, try to drink cranberry liquid. if you absolutely CANT get to the doctor until you bring back back. there is something call Azo. you can get it at a local drugstore. it helps the symptoms, lone problem is you pee a very weird red/orange color, which is zilch to worry about, newly the medicine doing its job. also drink the cranberry liquid with it since it decreases the amount of the germs in the urinary tract. but honestly, i wouldnt wait. its freshly way to risky~~ hope you feel better!! Does your doctor hold urgent care? Some do where you can gain in after normal hours like day. You can wait but that will solitary be making yourself more uncomfortable during your trip..
I really would not hold off on this, especially if you are peeing blood!
