How do u count ur period?

ive had mine nearly 5 years and i dont know

Answers:    Thats ok:)! You start on the first day of your term and then count how many days inbetween until you receive another visit from your period the FIRST daylight, check out this site is has a period counter for you so you dont own too! Seventeen.com, beinggirl.com, kotex.com :)
Peace v.
An average cycle is 28 days. Day 1 is the first day you get your term. Count 28 days on the calendar and day 28 will be the day your subsequent period should be due.

Lots of women are different, though. Just spend a few months marking the year you get your period on the calendar, you should see a cut-out after a while..
The average comes about every 28 days, but some girls get it sooner while some getting longer than that. Count on the calendar the 1st daylight you get it and then the subsequent month the first day you get it again. This will communicate you on the average about how often you are getting it. Hope this help. Hi there I'm 23. My period comes every 31 days, it doesn't hold to be every 28..that's just on average. .
honestly,i never counted i just permit them come.
