Answers: The directions are on the box. But simply it says put one leg up like on the tub, and insert tampon towards your lower vertebrae. If it hurts then its probably not in far satisfactory..
if you buy a box of tampons it comes with PICTURE instructions.
and don't use cardboard tampons THEY HURT AND THEY SUCK.
get tampax pearl lites, look for the purple color.
lites are the smallest tampon they build.

ummmm..i think that little tampax ones are the lightest and to put in a tampon you similar to put it in like a shot you newly put it your vigina hole and push the bottom part so it shoots into you like a shot Ummm. IDK but it explains how to put a tampon contained by on a tampon box.
