I'm 16 years old. Ive had my menstrual cycle for just about 5 years so. It just came on for the month of august and this is my first time have really bad cramps like this. I'm on birth control, and I hear that it helps, but it doesn't seem to work out to economically. HELP ASAP!

Since you are already on birth control, enjoy you thought about changing to a differnt one? I be about your age when I started having doomed to failure cramps. By the time I was 18, they actually started to interfer beside my life. I went on the patch for a year or so, and it help alittle, but then I went on depo provara, and it have been great.

I started back surrounded by january, had a very wishy-washy period in febuary and nil since. It has worked wonderfully for me, but just look into your option, talk to your doctor if the pain continues for a few months. .

i would get hold of some midol or ibupreophen (they are made for cramps) and lay down with a hot water bottle on our stomachwhere it hurts.
afterwards watch a cute little chick flick and try to relax and stop thinking about it :)
if they still hurt try have a hot bath before.

i use ibuprophin(i dont know how to spell it, just ask the pharmasist for it, its pronounced ibprofin). it works for my cramps and also headaches. hope i help! the birth control can help ask doc for another type to ease them within meantime put hot water bottle on ur belly and take some painkillers .

Go out to the store and by any midol or pamprin they are made to specialize cramps. theres to real good pills pamprin is the one to use for mor servere distress midol is for minor pain
