How come i enjoy be so tired lately?


i sleep well every night but when i wake up up i feel like i slept for 4 hours. and consequently i have no energy for the rest of the light of day. is it because i do gymnastics 16 hours a week? Help!

when you sleep do you sleep way over 8 hours or what? because i have hear that if you sleep too much it will make you tired. it doesnt sound close to it would make sense but i have hear it. do you take vitamins? maybe try taking a multi vitamin if you dont already because ive also hear that if you body is lacking a nutrient or vitamin it can make you tired. perfect luck! my friend has been a gymnast for 7 years very soon and she is on level 9, she is in faultlessly good condiditon except she wakes up extremely slowly. she tells me that what gets her more energized and idea better is eating a light dinner everynight and a thickset breakfast. to maintain this stability is also drinking lots of water. this is what she tellls me and we both craving u good luck!.
Probably don't overwork yourself, its bad for you. Make sure you hold on to up a good diet. Have some fun too! Oh and never sleep more then 7 hours, your body go into hybernation mode, which means it takes more verve for you to wake up then you get during the night. there is also a point as oversleeping. you should aim for 8 hours, a healthy number. i always sleep over during the summer to 12-13 hours so i have the sam eproblem. i looked it up and turns out oversleeping is as bad as undersleeping!!.
maybe it is gymnastics... Go to a doctor. sleep 9-10 hours a hours of darkness until this goes away. Then get atleast 7-8 hours of sleep. I am no pro but this seem like a good solution

No, this can be stress too. if you enjoy alot of work/school or family stress it tells you on you. Try to relax more. Also try making your room dark at nights, maybe the restrained in the morning is affecting your sleep habits try excersising and intake right and sleeping less. because if you sleep to much, your body is used to sleeping, and you just want to sleep some more.

Maybe you are going to receive your period soon, like surrounded by a week and a half or so. Usually I regain my energy right bbefore I get hold of my period but up until then I only want to sleep! Bummer yeah? well you may be getting to much sleep that can make you tired and doing gymnastics that much could also be doing it.. but could you be pregnant?? that could also be it.. only just a thought...

It might be that u sleep too much sometimes im more tired if i sleep too much than if i slept less. possibly mono also a lack of exercise can wreak your body to feel more tired and lathargic.
My suggestion would be that you take a short sleep right after your gymnastics practices. It could be the gymnastics, how are your eating habits? Could you be pregnant?.
Take vitamin B12 and iron i would read aloud if you are under 19 them it could me your age or the amount of exercise or a combination of both..
you could have sleep apnea check near your doctor take your vitamins!.
Maybe you have mono? you may be preggers..
