How can i loose a few pounds sudden?

I'm 15 and I'm all of a sudden gaining immensity. my parents say its because I'm growing. but it just doesn't consistency right . and it seems the more i work out, the less results i receive . i need to get rid of this tummy and thighs since it gets too out of control . and suggestions on diet or workout?

Well, part of it is your age-you're probably adding some loftiness, too - muscle, bone, etc.

Some of the best exercises for the thighs and tummy are squats and lunges. These will tone your entire legs. Do you like any sport? Do you like to shindig? Gymnastics is also great for toning the entire body, and improving overall posture and muscle strength.

In your diet, try to focus on eating roughly 9 oz of protein a day (approximately), and plenty of fresh vegetables. Try to eat fruits and other carbs contained by the morning, and switch to proteins and veggies in the afternoon / evening. Do not eat any carbs after 3 pm, and don't munch through anything after 6 pm, as your body's metabolism begins to shift to a slower pace.

It’s all going on for your calorie consumption VS energy expansion. Nothing more, nothing smaller number. The reason you may not be seeing results when working out is because when you initially begin working you can put on some hose down weight and some muscle.

Don't eat 3 meal a day. Cut it down into around 4 or 5 small meals throughout the daytime. Eat healthier and keep exercising. There is no confident way to drop weight really breakneck because it will just come right back. Workouts create muscle. Muscle replaces fleshy. Muscle weighs more than fat! Drink lots of dampen. Restrict salt intake (diet soda is full of salt). Eat 4 or 5 tiny meals a light of day. Get lots of sleep. Reduce stress..
if u run around half a mile to a mile everyday it makes ur tummy and thighs tighter.
