Ok, I'm 17 years old and I swear I'm going through puberty all over again. My tresses seems to be growing wuicker and darker within color, and my skin, although not horrible, is at its worst--even more so than when I went through puberty the first time. My period is also different every month (2-3 year difference every time) and my breasts have developed more. I first got my time when I was 11 years old and probably stopped growing when I be 13.

My question is, why is this happening again? It can't be behind schedule puberty because I've already been through it. What is causing these drastic hormonal change?
