I have a hot water bottle.
I've have a hot shower.
I've done exercises.
I've taken Anadin Extra.

AND I'M STILL CURLED UP IN A BALL IN BEDD hah :(.

I need to go into college within abit!
&I can't even get up it hurts so badd.

I keep realising that i've be holding my breath it hurts so much ahha!

PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE ON HOW TO MAKE IT BETTER :(!

Holding your breath makes it worse. Cramps are caused by contractions of the uterus. When the uterus contracts tightly ample, it can cut off blood and oxygen flow, causing the discomfort. By holding your breath, you are reducing your blood oxygen level and making it worse.

Eating something high surrounded by potassium can help. Potassium-rich foods include orange liquid, potatoes, bananas, avocados, tomatoes, broccoli, soybeans and apricots.

If you are wearing a tampon, switch to a pad. I always find that have a tampon inside me makes the pain worse.

Your position can also affect cramping. Make sure you are lying on your side, or on your back propped up by pillows to minimize pressure on your uterus.
