Super tampons (hahaha) are specifically made for heavy flow which occurs usually on the second afternoon. You can use it if you please. But there are some things to be worried about.Since, I presume, this is your first time, do NOT preserve the tampon in for longer than 6 hours. Leaving it in longer puts you at risk for Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS).
