I found a website on the Internet, named below, and I own got all of the symptoms nominated, bar maybe one or possibly two. I know that the menopause system that your ovaries stop producing eggs that can be fertilized and I can therefore not become pregnant.
Now, at the age of 14, I do not wish to own children now, but I have other dreamed of having a big white wedding, loving husband, a nice house and children that are ours. Knowing very soon that there is a possibility that this could never happen is really worrying me.
I muse I should go and see my GP as soon as possible - is this the right thing to do?! Maybe he can refer me to someone.

Answers: It's much more likely that you've freshly skipped a few periods, which is nothing unexpected for a 14-year-old. And missing a few periods is no reason to assume the worst.
Nothing on that enumerate of symptoms, with the exception of "infertility", which you can't possibly know at this point, is anything that can't also be caused by something else. Even if you experience every single one of them at alike time, it does NOT mean you're having hasty menopause or premature ovarian failure.
There is simply no reason to be worried. Your doctor will probably tell you the same article. If you haven't had a period contained by six months, go ahead and make the appointment.
