Is it true you can control when you are on birth control, will someone please explain?
My friend you can control when you own your period you can just preserve taking a certain color and not get your interval?

Answers: Most birth control pills contain 21 pills that are "active". That is, they have hormones contained by them. And they usually contain 7 pills that are "inactive". That is, there's nothing in those pills that have any effect on your body--the sole purpose of those pills is to get you into the habit of taking a pill every darkness. During the 7 days that those pills are being taken, you will get a bleed (a period). So if you skip those 7 pills, and start the subsequent month's birth control pill packet with the active pills, next you will skip any period. It IS safe, but not perfect--you could still hold breakthrough bleeding that is irregular and unpredictable. You must also talk beside your doctor before you make ANY adjust in your doctor's recommendations. After adjectives, you don't want to do anything unsafe or that might increase risk of pregnancy! So I've just said these things as a guide--you MUST follow up with your doctor. If you skip the last week of pills, (unless you are on Yaz, then it would be the final 4 days) you can skip your period, SOMETIMES. It's not really good to do that. If you did once or twice a year , you'd be okay, but do not do it adjectives the time. There have been issues beside other birth control pills that supposedly only give you your length 4 times a year. Your risks of blood clotting is higher when you continuously skip your period. Also, not adjectives the last dose of pills are inactive, on some b.c. pills they do own a small amount of hormones in them. your only supposed to do it once within awhile for like an event or something and your period is gunna mess it up but later the next month your period is gunna be really really substantial
if your friend does it all the time then she must hold breakthrough bleeds a lot and when she finally does have her spell its gunna last a longgggggggg time.
It is not guaranteed to work. You have a 50/50 providence of getting it/not getting it even if you do try to skip the placebo pills.
You really need to get DOCTOR approval to skip those pills.
