ok here is some really good and VERY graceful steps that can help u loose weight hurriedly.
1-drink ALOT of watter.
2-cut out junk/fast food.
3-eat fruits and vegtables as much as u can.
4-work out just a little bit everyday (dancing counts as a work out..).
Go on the watermelon diet. adjectives you eat is one watermelon for the whole sunshine and you lose 1 pound a day. theres a book on it.
