Stretch, yoga, walking is best. This sounds funny lol but i do it all the time, go over to a wall, and push your stern up to it, like your about to sit contained by a chair and hold it for as long as you can. Its a great work out for your legs. Also, if you want some ab work, lay on the ground (make sure your ab muscles are tight) place your hands lately under your butt and bring your legs up and then down, don't permit your legs touch the ground.
