Dose going backpacking and roughing it without wearing a bra have a negitive effect on breasts?

Answers:    The only support you have for your bare breasts is skin and some internal ligaments. Both of these stretch over time, causing breasts to sag. Wearing a bra takes the weight off the skin and ligaments and keeps them from stretching so quickly. The larger your breasts are, the more important wearing a bra is, if you wish to keep your breasts from sagging excessively.

How prone the skin and ligaments are to stretching is largely determined by your genes. Look at other female members of your family who are older in order to get an idea of what the future might hold.

Obviously, if you engage in activity that causes your breasts to bounce a lot, the skin and ligaments holding them up may stretch that much more quickly. Going backpacking or camping specifically shouldn't make any difference, but if you are jumping around during these activities, that will put stress on your breasts..
Tissues in your boobs are like spider webs; they tear very easily. I suggest you wear a bra all the time. If you're exercising or roughhousing, doing anything where they'll be moving a lot, wear a sports bra. Trust me! You'll be thankful when you're older. no, not wearing a bra is actually good for you. it is more harm to yourself if you wear a bra too often, or overnight, because of the constant pressure underneath your breasts. .
The more you let the twins out now, the lower they will swing when your older. Give them a break when your sleeping, other than that put on a bra so they stay proud.
