Answers:    It really does work. It is a apposite pain reliever. In fact, my husband will commonly steal some if he gets a bad headache because it works better than the other stuff we enjoy.

It does contain some caffeine, but that helps make the niggle reliever work faster as well as helping with fatigue. It also help if you are having problems with wet retention and bloating..
