How do you capture rid of bladder problems?

Some times when I am stressed before I go to sleep, I grasp really bad bladder problems. I end up using the washroom around 5 times an hour or more and its really hard for me to sleep when I am stressed and having these bladder issues.
It doesn't really situation what I get stressed over, I just want to know how I can take rid of the bladder problem when I am stressed so I can go to sleep peacefully.

Answers:    Instead of getting rid of the bladder problem concentrate on getting rid of the stress, then the bladder problem will modernize. Getting exercise and eating right will help lessen the stress. It's very hard to be stressed out if you've have a lot of exercise. In the meantime don't drink a lot for a few hours formerly you go to bed. Good luck..
Water is good.

So is cranberries...any form (dried, liquid, etc.) They adhere to the walls and deter bacteria.

To sleep, you can cart benadryl if you have to.

Limit drinks with caffeine after dinner.
