Does anyone know what might be the rationale of moving legs during sleep?

I've always being concerned give or take a few it cuz my brother like, moves his legs during sleep. Some people hold told me it might be epilepsy,which it's uncommon in adults, after convinced age you shouldn't develop this neorological disease, I mean I don't think it's epilepsy, since my brother is 18 and I hope it's not cuz I 've hear that's frigging bad, you get convulsions and similar to your damn neurons die little by little;could it be possible to be a sleeping disorder?

Answers:    It could be Restless Leg Syndrome. It could be a sleep disorder. If you are over weight if could be circulation problems. It could be a lot of things. Talk to a doctor.

It could be Restless Leg Syndrome. He could be in motion to a doctor and they do a sleep study on it and he could get on an antibiotic and it would help tremendously. My cousin have it. All it is your legs feel like they hold to keep continually moving even when your whole body is tired and not moving.. Its not that serious and can be fixed graceful. restless leg syndrome?
