Answers:    No, it's not true. Alli is a simple fat blocker. It can't interfere with period. However, losing too much body fat can whether it's from taking Alli or just not drinking enough calories. If people gain substance when they discontinue Alli, it's because they're still eating too much fat and they don't hold the Alli anymore blocking that excess fat.
