Answers:    Just make sure to rinse them REALLY well so the soap doesn't irritate you. They also construct specials washes and cleaning sprays for such things :).
Ummm, no...I think that you probably obligation something more suited for those "things", hand soap can contain dyes and fragrances that can irritate those "sensitive places". I would be careful using foot soaps that have perfume in them. They could incentive irritation or infections in you sensitive places..
Yes, that is fine. Wash them soon after use so no germs has any chances to grow on the surfaces, and scrub respectively one for 20 seconds before rinsing. That depends on exactly what you are wash, and how sensitive the place is..
