i got my tongue pierced 8 DAYS AGO and want to chang the bar how long am i suppose to loaf to change it and what are some methods i can clean it????

Answers:    dally ATLEAST one month. to clean it, its ok to take it out. boil it for give or take a few 3-4 minutes, that way you won't have the penchant of peroxide in your mouth. mouth wash may also lend a hand, as well..
